3. Products & Orders

All products sold on our website are 3D-printed miniatures and fantasy decorative items, designed and produced by 3D Reign.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes (if required by law).
We accept payments via Viva Payments and PayPal.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time. However, once an order is placed, the price at checkout will remain valid.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Greece via ΕΛΤΑ Courier, Γενική Ταχυδρομική, and Box Now.
International orders are shipped using ΕΛΤΑ (Hellenic Post) or DHL.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed on our Shipping Information page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
