1. Returns & Exchanges

At 3D Reign, we take pride in crafting high-quality 3D-printed miniatures and fantasy decorative items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at info3dreign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide photos of the damage.
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
